Seorang bayi perempuan menunjukkan wajah marah begitu ia dilahirkan.

Foto-fotonya menjadi viral di media sosial.

 Bayi ini bernama Isabela Pereira de Jesus.



Ia lahir melalui operasi sesar pada Kamis (13/02/2020) sore di sebuah rumah sakit di Rio de Janeiro, Brasil.

Namun pada saat dilahirkan, Isabela tidak menangis seperti bayi-bayi pada umumnya.

Maka dokter berusaha membuatnya menangis, untuk menunjukkan bahwa paru-parunya bekerja dengan baik.

Namun saat dokter tengah berusaha membuatnya menangis, Isabela memasang wajah seperti tidak senang.

Seperti yang dilansir Daily Mail, sang ibu, Daiane de Jesus Barbosa menyewa fotografer professional Rodrigo Kunstmann untuk mengabadikan momen persalinan.

Rodrigo pun melakukan tugasnya dengan baik.

Ia berhasil menangkap ekspresi si bayi yang iconic.

Fotografer itu mengatakan kepada majalah Brazil, Crescer bahwa dokter kandungan mendorong si bayi untuk mengeluarkan tangisan pertamanya sebelum ia memutuskan untuk memotong tali pusar.

"Si bayi membuka matanya dengan lebar, tapi ia tidak menangis," ujar Rodrigo.

"Dokter bahkan harus berkata, 'Menangis, Isa, menangislah!'."

Rodrigo berkata si bayi terus memasang wajah serius.

Isabela baru menangis saat tali pusarnya digunting.

Kepada Daily Mail, Rodrigo mengungkapkan perasaannya mengabadikan momen persalinan.

"Persalinan adalah momen yang unik dan pantas untuk diabadikan," ujarnya.

Rodrigo membagikan serangkaian foto-foto kelahiran Isabila.

Tak ketinggalan pula ia juga mengunggah video tangisan pertama Isabela.

Sang ibu pun mengungkapkan anak perempuannya itu sudah sangat berani sejak ia dilahirkan.

Kepada media G1, Daiane sang ibu mengungkapkan:

"Bayiku terlahir berani."

"Fotonya sudah jadi meme di mana-mana."

"Dia selalu mengerut saat popoknya diganti."

"Isabela harusnya lahir tanggal 20, tapi ia memilih sendiri tanggalnya, yang menunjukkan kepribadiannya."

Alasan bayi menangis dan memang harus menangis saat dilahirkan

Saat dilahirkan ke dunia, tentunya hal yang pertama kali dilakukan oleh bayi adalah menangis.

Ketika bayi tidak menangis saat dilahirkan, dokter dan para perawat yang ada di ruang persalinan melakukan berbagai macam cara untuk membuat bayi menangis.

Seperti yang dilansir Nakita.id, di balik tangisan bayi itu ternyata ada beberapa manfaat, salah satunya dengan menangis bayi otomatis akan memfungsikan organ paru-paru untuk bekerja dengan baik.

Selain itu, alasan bayi menangis saat dilahirkan yaitu karena ia merasa kedinginan.

Perubahan suhu 2 hingga 3 derajat lebih rendah dibanding rahim, tentu membuat bayi merasa tidak nyaman. Jadilah ia menangis.

Ditambah cairan ketuban yang masih membasahi kulit dan tubuhnya semakin membuatnya kedinginan.

Dengan begitu, untuk mengurangi rasa dingin bayi ketika baru dilahirkan, disarankan untuk membungkus kepala bayi baru lahir dengan selimut.

"Perlu diketahui, suhu tubuh manusia termasuk bayi diatur oleh mekanisme persarafan yang terletak pada susunan saraf pusat atau hipotalamus," ujar dokter spesialis anak dr. Rinaldi, Sp.A, dari RSIA Ummi, Bogor.

"Nah, kestabilan suhu atau tubuh terpelihara berkat adanya keseimbangan antara panas yang hilang dan produksi panas dari dalam tubuh," tambah Rinaldi menjelaskan.

Prinsip ini masih sulit untuk dilakukan oleh bayi, hal itu dikarenakan pada bayi baru lahir, lemak subkutannya lebih tipis dibandingkan orang dewasa.

Lemak subkutan adalah lemak yang mengumpul di beberapa bagian tubuh, seperti paha, bokong, lengan, dan sebagainya.

Selain itu, pembuluh darah bayi sangat mudah dipengaruhi oleh perubahan suhu lingkungan, serta kelenjar keringat belum berfungsi normal, sehingga mudah kehilangan panas tubuh.

Rambut, kulit, dan lapisan lemak bawah kulit bayi sebenarnya dapat membantunya untuk memertahankan suhu tubuh serta mencegah kehilangan panas tubuh.

Namun sayangnya, lapisan tersebut bergantung pada ketebalan untuk berfungsi baik dan efisien, tapi sebagian besar bayi tidak memiliki lapisan yang tebal sehingga tetap aja akan merasa kedinginan
